Ticketing and Registration settings cover the full purchase and onboarding flow — from notifications and purchase limits to invoice generation, RSVP during registration, and checkout company details.
How to access: Dashboard → Settings → Event Settings → Ticketing / Registration

Note: The Order Notification Admin button only appears when Ticket Purchase Notification is enabled.

These two settings work together. Enable Registration User Category first, then enable Tag Based Ticket Group to show group-specific tickets in the registration portal.
Both are independent toggles. Enable only the ones relevant to your ticket types.
When on, buyers can reassign a purchased ticket to a different attendee after the order is placed. Useful for group purchases where the buyer allocates tickets to colleagues.

Set the maximum number of tickets a single buyer can purchase in one transaction. Leave the field blank to apply no limit.
An inline save button (blue tick icon) appears when the value changes — click it to save.

When on, attendee access is restricted to specific event days based on their assigned ticket type. Enabling or disabling Day Wise Access shows a confirmation dialog because it affects all existing ticket assignments.
When on, attendees cannot purchase tickets for two sessions that run at the same time. This prevents double-booking for sessions with limited capacity or exclusive time slots.
Q: Why is "Make RSVP Mandatory" not showing up?
It only renders when "Ask RSVP Session Option" is enabled. Turn that on first, then the mandatory option appears below it.
Q: Can I send invoices for both paid and free tickets?
Yes. The two invoice toggles are independent — you can enable one, both, or neither.
Q: What happens if I leave the Purchase Limit blank?
A blank field means no order-level limit is enforced. Attendees can purchase as many tickets as available stock allows.
Q: Does "Day Wise Access" affect existing attendees?
Yes — enabling it restricts all attendees immediately based on the dates assigned to their ticket types. Attendees with no assigned date will lose access until a date is assigned.
