When exhibitors, sponsors or speakers sign up through their own registration form, Eventify can create their profile at the same time. You turn this on in the settings of the exhibitor registration form, the sponsor form or the speaker form in the Eventify event registration platform, so you don't have to add each company or speaker by hand.
These options only appear on forms that belong to a user group of the Exhibitor, Sponsor or Speaker type. Create Company shows on exhibitor and sponsor forms. Create Speaker shows on speaker forms. See How To Customise User Groups? if you need to set up these groups first.

If you turn Create Company off again, the number of users is cleared and Full Company details is turned off.

Look for the new profiles in the Exhibitors, Sponsors or Speakers section of the admin panel. Make a test registration with each form before you share the link, and check that the profile appears where you expect it.
Why don't I see Create Company on my registration form?
The form's user group must be of the Exhibitor or Sponsor type. Create Speaker only shows on forms for a Speaker group.
How many people can register under one exhibitor company?
The number you enter under Create Company sets how many users can be associated with each company created from the form.
Do I have to choose a sponsor category?
Yes, on sponsor forms. Sponsor Category is required when Create Company is on.
Can speakers skip uploading a separate speaker photo?
Yes. Turn on Use profile photo as speaker content photo and their profile photo is used as their speaker image.
