Go to Content → Speakers and click + Add New.
The Add Speaker modal has four tabs: Basic Details, Additional Details, User Permission, and File Upload.

Only First Name and Last Name are required. All other fields are optional but improve discoverability.
This checkbox only appears in Add mode (not visible when editing an existing speaker).
When checked: The Email field becomes required. On Save, the system creates a linked app user account using the speaker's details — name, email, bio, position, company, phone, country, and social links. This lets you create both the speaker profile and the speaker's app account in a single action, without entering data twice.
