The AI Form Builder lets you describe the event registration form you want in plain words, and it adds the fields and sections to the form for you. It works inside the form editor of the Eventify event registration platform, so you see every change on the canvas and nothing goes live until you save.

The AI Form Builder panel opens to the right of the form canvas. Create Form only lists user groups that don't have a form yet.

When the chat is empty, the panel shows "Describe what you need" and two suggestions: "Add a phone number field in basic details" and "Add a section for additional details". Click a suggestion to copy it into the message box, or write your own request.
Be specific about the field type, the options and where the field goes. For example:
A message needs at least 3 characters and some letters. Otherwise the panel shows "Message is too short." or "Please enter a valid message."
The AI can also change some form settings when you ask, such as the form layout, capacity, waitlist, password protection and admin approval. Check the Settings step before you save if your request touched any of these.
Each message works on the form as it is now, including any edits you made by hand on the canvas. You can mix the two: ask the AI for a group of fields, then drag, rename or delete fields yourself, then ask the AI for more.
If a request fails, the reply shows in red with a Retry link. Click Retry to send the same message again.

After the AI makes its first change, Undo All appears at the top of the panel.
Undo All reverts everything since your first message, including edits you made by hand after that point. To change only one thing, ask the AI again or edit that field yourself.
Closing the panel with the X keeps the AI's changes on the canvas. The chat and Undo All start fresh the next time you open the panel.
The AI's changes are not saved until you save the form.
If you try to close the editor with unsaved changes, you see the "Unsaved Changes" warning. Go back and save first, or your changes are lost.
To test the form, click the Copy & Embed icon on the form's row on the User Group Forms page, open the form link in a private browser window, and register as a test attendee.
Can AI create a whole registration form template for me?
Yes. Start a new form, click Create with AI on the Form Builder step and describe all the fields and sections you need in one message. You can then refine it with more messages.
Does the AI Form Builder save my form automatically?
No. It only changes the form in the editor. Click Save on the last step to keep the changes.
Can I undo only the last thing the AI did?
No. Undo All reverts every AI change in the current chat. To change one field, ask the AI to change it or edit it by hand.
Will the AI change my form settings?
Only if your request asks for it. It can change settings such as capacity, waitlist, password protection and admin approval, so review the Settings step before saving.
