This article takes you from the event's ticket page to the last checkout step. Paying, promo codes and assigning attendees each have their own article, linked below.
Click Buy Tickets on the event's welcome page, or open the ticket link your organiser sent you. From the welcome page, the ticket page opens in a new tab.
A link to a specific ticket, for example from a paid session, can take you straight to that ticket.
If you see "Tickets are not available for sale, contact event organizer." or "No ticket available for sale.", there's nothing you can buy right now. Check the dates with your organiser.
Your organiser may group tickets into tiles, with the text "Select from below list to get access of all tickets of particular tag."
If the event sells in more than one currency, pick yours from the currency list first. Changing the currency empties your cart.

Each card shows the ticket's image, name and description, plus:

If a ticket has a "buy some, get some free" offer, the free tickets are added and locked, marked "(n Free)".
If you go over a limit, a message tells you, for example "Oops! You’ve reached the maximum number of tickets you can purchase in a single order." For the full list, see How Attendees Can Fix Registration and Ticket Checkout Errors.

The step bar at the top shows where you are. The order depends on your tickets:
The Order Summary on the right shows your tickets and total at every step.
If the price changes while you shop, a "Ticket Price Updated" box asks you to review the new pricing. Click OK and check your Order Summary before you carry on.

You can't buy tickets in the Eventify app. When you tap a paid session, the app offers Continue, which opens the event's ticket page in your phone's browser. Buy the ticket there. Afterwards your tickets are in the app under Tickets & Orders on My Profile.
Do event tickets include VAT or sales tax?
The ticket card shows the price plus the tax name and rate, or one all-in price marked "(including all charges)". The tax follows the country you choose at Payment Details.
Why did my cart empty?
You changed the currency. Changing the currency empties the cart, so add your tickets again.
How do I go back a step in checkout?
Click a finished step in the step bar at the top. There's no back button.
Why can't I buy a ticket marked Coming Soon?
Sales for that ticket haven't started yet. The card shows the date and time they open.
