If a colleague has a feature you don't, or an article describes something missing from your menu, one of the reasons below usually explains it. Most are decided by your organiser, so they are also the person who can change it.
Why is a feature missing from my menu?
Your organiser chooses which features are switched on for each event. If a feature isn't switched on, it doesn't appear in the menu, in Quick Links or in search results.
Why can someone else at my event see it when I can't?
Your organiser can put participants into groups and limit a feature to some of those groups. If you're not in that group, the feature is hidden for you. Some personal tools, like Bookmarks, Notes, Notifications and My Agenda, are switched on or off for the whole event.
I'm an exhibitor, sponsor or speaker. Why don't I see my role's tools?
Those tools appear only once your organiser has linked your login to that exhibitor, sponsor or speaker profile. Check the menu under your picture (top right). If there's no entry for your company or speaker profile, ask your organiser to link your email address to it. See How Exhibitors and Sponsors Get Started in the Exhibitor Portal or How Speakers Get Started in the Speaker Portal.
The help article uses a different name from my menu. Is it the same thing?
Probably. Your organiser can rename any menu item, so Sessions might be Agenda or Program at your event, and Overview might be Home. Look for the closest match in your menu.

I opened a link and saw "Url is invalid." What happened?
The page doesn't exist at this event, or it isn't available to you. After 5 seconds the portal takes you back to the home page. Use the side menu to find what you need instead of an old or shared link.

I clicked something and got "Access Denied". What does that mean?
You see "You don't have access to this feature. Please contact the event administrator." The feature exists at the event, but your group can't use it. Click Ok, I understand, then contact your organiser if you think you should have access.
Why can I only see my profile?
At some stages of an event, your organiser may limit the portal to editing your profile. While that's in place, the menu, search and messages are hidden. Contact your organiser if you need something in the meantime.
Why is a feature only in the mobile app?
Some things, such as scanning QR codes for challenges and scanning leads, are done in the Eventify mobile app. If the whole web portal is off, you see "This event is available on the mobile app". See What Is the Eventify Attendee Portal?.
When you ask, say which feature you're looking for and the exact message you see, if any.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
