If your event has support switched on, you can contact event support by chatting with the event team from inside the portal. You can also reach them from the login screen if you can't get in.
Your event may call this section something else. The chat title uses the name your organiser gave it.

Your conversation stays in the chat. Replies from the event team appear in the same conversation, so come back to Support to read them.
If the conversation is long, click Load Older Messages to see earlier messages, and Hide Older Messages to collapse them again.
Before you've sent anything, the chat shows "No Conversation!".

If the address isn't valid, you see "Please enter a valid email address." Check it and send it again.
You can't attach files when you're logged out. Describe the problem in words, including any message you saw on screen.

Open the side menu and tap Support (the question mark icon). A badge shows unread replies. You don't need to be logged in.

The chat is called Help & Support. Before you've sent anything it shows "Have Questions?" and "Start a conversation with us".
Replies appear in the chat while you have it open. If you're not logged in, you're asked for your registered email after your first message, as in the portal.
You can also reach support from the Login screen with contact support under "Problem logging in?", or from the Support button on a login error.
How do I contact the event organiser if I can't log in?
Click contact support next to "Problem logging in?" on the login screen or the event welcome page. After your first message, type the email address you registered with.
Where do I find replies from the event team?
Replies appear in the same conversation, so come back to Support to read them. In the app, a badge on Support shows unread replies.
Can I send a screenshot to support?
Yes, when you're logged in you can attach an image, video or document. You can't attach files when you're logged out, so describe the problem in words.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
