You sign in to the portal with the email address you used to register and a passcode that is emailed to you. There is no password to remember.

To fix a typo in your email, click Go back on the passcode step. You return to the email step.

Check your spam or junk folder first. Then click Resend OTP under the passcode field to get a new code. You can use Resend OTP a few times. After that the link goes away, and you can click Go back and Continue to start again.
If you still get nothing, click contact support next to "Problem logging in?" on the login screen, if your event has support switched on. See How Attendees Can Contact Event Support.
Your organiser may send a welcome email with a login link in it. Click the link and the portal signs you in directly, without asking for your email or passcode.
If the link has no passcode in it, or the passcode has expired, the portal opens the passcode step and shows "Your passcode has expired. We have sent you a new one." Check your inbox for the new code and enter it.
If your organiser has turned on single sign-on (SSO), the login screen says "Your event has SSO enabled. If you are a guest user, please login with Email/Passcode."

Most events open on the home page (Overview, unless your event has renamed it). Your organiser can choose to send you to your profile instead:
Your organiser may also show a short survey straight after you log in.
Do I need a password?
No. The portal only uses the passcode emailed to you each time you log in.
I'm an exhibitor, sponsor or speaker. Do I log in somewhere else?
No. Log in here with your own email. The tools for your role appear once you're in.
