If you staff a booth or represent a sponsor, you use the same Eventify portal as attendees. Some events call it the Exhibitor Portal. Your company's tools appear once your organiser links your account to your exhibitor or sponsor profile.
You don't need a separate account or password. You sign in with the email address you registered with, and the portal emails you a passcode.

The company tools only appear once your account is linked to an exhibitor or sponsor profile. This happens in one of two ways:
If you sign in and see only the attendee menus, ask your organiser or a colleague on your team to link you. See How Exhibitors and Sponsors Can Add and Manage Their Booth Team.

Once you're linked, you'll find your tools in three places.
The avatar menu (top right). Click your photo to see an entry such as My Exhibitor Profile or My Sponsor Profile. This opens the form where you edit your company's page. Your event may use a different name here, for example My Partner Profile.
The left sidebar. Two groups appear under Event Tools:
The Team button. A Team button sits in the top bar on desktop, and in the sidebar header on a phone. It opens the same page as Manage Team.

Badge and business card scanning happens in the Eventify mobile app. In the portal you view, qualify and export those leads.
Is there a separate exhibitor login?

I'm an exhibitor and a speaker. Do I need two accounts?
