Leads are the people your booth team captured at the event. Exhibitors and sponsors with lead retrieval access can view every lead in the portal, add qualification details and a lead score, and export the list.
Badges and business cards are scanned in the Eventify mobile app, not in the portal. Leads you capture in the app show up here.
The My Leads page opens. The count line shows how many leads you have, for example "24 Leads".

Each lead card shows the person's name, company and score badge, plus any notes under Notes. A green check with the tooltip "Lead has been added to your collection." means the lead has already been qualified.
The panel on the right shows two charts: Leads by Priority (how many leads have each score) and Lead Sources (QR or Business Card).

Fields marked as mandatory must be filled in before you submit. If one is empty you'll see "Please fill all mandatory fields!". Once saved, you'll see "Updated successfully" and the list refreshes. Click Close to leave without saving.
The questions in Lead Information come from your company's lead form, or the event's default form if you haven't made your own. See How Exhibitors and Sponsors Can Customize Their Lead Retrieval Form.
If the email export fails, you'll see "We are unable to export the list currently. Please try later". The export buttons are greyed out when there are no leads to export.
Click MY QR to see your QR codes. There's a tab for your Attendee QR code, plus one for each company profile you're linked to, such as Exhibitor or Sponsor. The exhibitor QR code lets others connect with your exhibitor profile. Click the download icon to save a code as an image.
The page says "You have no leads yet! Start adding leads by scanning their QR."
Your team hasn't captured any leads yet. Scan badges in the Eventify mobile app and they'll appear here.
Can I add a lead by hand in the portal?
No. Leads come in from the Eventify mobile app. In the portal you view, qualify and export them.
