Your booth team is the group of people linked to your exhibitor or sponsor profile. Anyone on the team gets the company tools in the portal. You can add colleagues yourself, as long as they're registered for the event.
Click Team in the top bar. On a phone, it's in the sidebar header. You can also open My Company Profile in the left sidebar and click Manage Team.
The Team Management page lists your team members with their name, job title and Role (Exhibitor or Sponsor). You aren't listed on your own team page. Use Search by name to find someone.

If you're linked to both an exhibitor and a sponsor profile, tabs let you switch between All Members and the members of each profile.

Use the email address your colleague registered for the event with. The portal can only add people who are already registered.
If you're linked to both an exhibitor and a sponsor profile, the dialog has a separate box for each. Add each email to the team it belongs to.
Hover over the icon on a chip to see its status.
Once added, your colleague finds the company tools in the portal when they sign in. See How Exhibitors and Sponsors Get Started in the Exhibitor Portal.
Removing someone takes them off your booth team and the list refreshes. They lose access to your company's tools in the portal. Check you have the right person before you click Remove. To give them access again, add them with Associate Team Member.
Can I make a colleague a team admin?
No. Everyone on the team has the same Exhibitor or Sponsor role.
I don't see the Associate Team Member button.
Your organiser controls who can add team members. Ask them to give you access, or ask a colleague who can add people.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
