Your exhibitor or sponsor profile is the page attendees see when they open your company in the event. You can update it yourself from the portal, and changes go live as soon as you submit.
You can get to the form in two ways.
The page is titled Edit Exhibitor Profile or Edit Sponsor Profile, using your event's name for the section.

The first section, Personal Profile, holds the details that appear at the top of your company page.
Name and About (or Description) are required. Banner and logo images must be between 10 KB and 20 MB.
If your organiser requires a logo, the Logo label shows a red "!" with the tooltip "Complete your profile!" until you add one. Add the logo before you submit.
The other sections are set up by your organiser, so the fields vary by event. They can include contact numbers, website and social links, dates, dropdowns, checkboxes, interests and file uploads. Galleries, products, coupons and deals are covered in their own articles (linked below).

Your organiser chooses one of two layouts:
Some fields may show a language option so you can enter the text in each of the event's languages. Some fields may be read-only, or locked once they have a value. Contact your organiser if you need a locked field changed.
Your changes are published straight away. There is no draft or approval step, so check your text before you submit.
What do the error messages mean?
Can I edit my profile if I'm a sponsor and an exhibitor?
Yes. You'll see a separate entry in the avatar menu for each profile. See How Exhibitors, Sponsors and Speakers Can Manage More Than One Profile.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
