Images, videos and files make your company page more useful to attendees. You add them in your profile form, and they appear on your page once you submit.
If your form has no gallery or document fields, your organiser hasn't included them for your event.

Each image shows as a tile. You can replace or delete a tile using the options on it.
Documents such as brochures, price lists or spec sheets go in the file fields your organiser has added.

Your organiser can set which file types each field accepts and how many files it holds.
Nothing is saved until you click Submit.
On your company page, attendees see your images under Image Gallery, your videos under Video Gallery, and your documents under Files, where each one has a Download button.

Is there a file size limit for gallery uploads?
It depends on how your organiser has set up the event. If an upload fails, try a smaller file or contact your organiser. Your logo and banner have their own limit of 10 KB to 20 MB, covered in How Exhibitors and Sponsors Can Edit Their Company Profile.
