Images, videos and files make your company page more useful to attendees. You upload documents, images and videos to your exhibitor or sponsor profile in the profile form, and they appear on your page once you submit.
If your form has no gallery or document fields, your organiser hasn't included them for your event.

Each image shows as a tile. You can replace or delete a tile using the options on it.
Documents such as brochures, price lists or spec sheets go in the file fields your organiser has added.

Your organiser can set which file types each field accepts and how many files it holds.
Nothing is saved until you click Submit.
On your company page, attendees see your images under Image Gallery, your videos under Video Gallery, and your documents under Files, where each one has a Download button.

You add gallery images, videos and files in the same profile form in the Eventify app, but each field opens its own upload screen.

To take a file off, tap its delete icon. The add button disappears once the field holds as many files as your organiser allows. There's no download option in the app's edit form.
Is there a file size limit for gallery uploads?
It depends on how your organiser has set up the event. If an upload fails, try a smaller file or contact your organiser. Your logo and banner have their own limit of 10 KB to 20 MB, covered in How Exhibitors and Sponsors Can Edit Their Company Profile.
Where can I upload PDFs and brochures to my exhibitor profile?
In the document or file fields your organiser has added to your profile form. Click Upload File, choose the file, then click Submit.
How do attendees download my documents?
Your documents show under Files on your company page, and each one has a Download button.
