Every ticket order has its own order page. It's where you find your tickets and QR codes, download invoices, name attendees and pay anything still owed.
Your order page stays available after registration or ticket sales close.
If you open the order page on a new device, after clearing your browser data, or more than 30 days since you last verified, you see "Verify it's you".

Click Resend Code if the code doesn't arrive, or Change Email to use a different address.
The code only ever goes to the buyer's email. If someone else bought your ticket, ask them to open the order.

Straight after a purchase, the page may also say "Thank You For Your Purchase" and that your tickets will be emailed to you.
Click View Ticket. The panel shows:
The QR code is for showing on screen. There's no download or print button. Your organiser may hide the QR code and app badges.
If part of your order still needs paying, the order page shows Pay Now with the amount.
Some orders are paid in rounds, shown as "Round 1", "Round 2" and so on. Each round shows its status (Paid, Pending, Refunded or Partial Refund), the number of attendees and the amount. A pending round has its own Pay Now button. It also appears if you left a payment before it finished, so you can try again.
If you see "One or more tickets in this order are no longer available, so it cannot be paid. Please contact the event organizer." or "This order only accepts offline payment. Please contact the event organizer.", contact your organiser to finish the payment.
In the Eventify app, your order opens inside the app.

It's the same order page you see in a browser.
How do I edit my order or registration information?
You can't edit the buyer details or an attendee's details on the order page. You can give a ticket to a different person with Re-Assign, if your organiser allows it. For anything else, contact your organiser.
Why am I asked for a one-time code?
You're on a new device, you cleared your browser data, or it's been more than 30 days since you last verified. The code goes to the buyer's email.
Where do I find my ticket QR code?
Click View Ticket on the ticket's row. You can also find it under Tickets & Orders in the portal and the Eventify app.
Can I download my ticket as a PDF?
No. Show the QR code on screen at the event.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
