Once you're logged in, your tickets for the event are on the home page. You can see each ticket's details and QR code, and open your order on the event's ticket site.

The card shows your first ticket. It appears when you have at least one ticket for this event and your organiser has added the card to the home page.
The QR code is for showing on screen. To keep a QR code on your phone as an image, download your personal QR code instead. See How Attendees Can Find and Download Their Personal QR Code.

In My Tickets, each ticket also shows the ticket holder's name, so you can tell which ticket belongs to which person if you bought more than one.
Click Manage on a ticket to open your order on the event's ticket site. It opens in a new browser tab. Any changes to your order are made there, not in the portal.
Manage only appears on tickets that come from an order. If a ticket was given to you without an order, or you need help with a refund or a change the ticket site doesn't offer, contact your organiser.
If Manage doesn't open anything, your browser may have blocked the new tab. See How Attendees Can Fix Common Portal Problems.
I don't see the Tickets & Orders card.
Check that you're logged in with the email address your ticket was bought for or assigned to. If you are, your organiser may not show tickets on the home page for this event. Contact your organiser to confirm your ticket.
How do I buy a ticket or register?
Tickets and registration are on the event's welcome page, before you log in. See How Attendees Register, Buy Tickets and Set Cookie Preferences on the Event Welcome Page.
Can I get an invoice for my ticket?
Open your order with Manage. If you bought a single session in the portal, you can download that invoice at the end of checkout. See How Attendees Can Buy a Single Session.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
