A promo code lowers the price of your event tickets at checkout. You enter it in the Order Summary, and some discounts are added for you.
Enter a promo code
Have promo code? only appears once your cart has at least one paid ticket or session.

What you see when a code works

- A chip with the code and a Remove button. Click Remove to take the code off.
- A line describing the offer, for example "Buy X Get Y Free", "N% off per ticket" or an amount off the whole order.
- "promo has been applied on ticket" with the tickets the discount covers.
- A "Discount" line in the summary, with the code in brackets.
The offer can be one of these:
- Buy a number of tickets and get more free, or get more at a percentage off.
- A percentage or an amount off each ticket, sometimes only for a set quantity range.
- A percentage or an amount off the whole order.
Codes from a link
If your organiser's link includes a promo code, it shows under Available Promo with an Apply button. Before you've chosen any tickets, it reads "Promo has been auto applied when you add ticket on cart". Add your tickets and the code is applied.
Automatic discounts
Some discounts are added without a code. They show Auto Applied on the chip. The page checks for these each time your cart or your email address changes. If you remove an automatic discount, it isn't added back.
Codes for certain buyers only
Some codes only work for certain people. If you see "Apply the promo code after verifying your email at checkout.", go to the Payment Details step, type your email address in E-mail, then apply the code. It works once the email matches one the code was made for.
