Some events ask you to sign up with a registration form instead of buying a ticket. Fill in the form once and you get a passcode and a Login to Portal button for the event portal.
Click Register Now on the event's welcome page, or open the registration link your organiser sent you. From the welcome page, the form opens in a new tab.
If a message shows instead of the form, for example "Registration is currently closed." or "Event registration is either not started or has expired.", see How Attendees Can Fix Registration and Ticket Checkout Errors.
Your organiser may show a screen that reads "Please use social login for quick registration or, you can register manually."
If the event has more than one type of registration, you see "Choose Your Category".
Pick a category before you click Continue, or the right form can't open.
Some forms are protected. You see "Verify Passcode" and a note that the passcode comes from the organiser.
"Passcode is invalid." means the code doesn't match. Check it with your organiser.

Your organiser decides which fields appear and which are required. Required fields are marked with *.
Some answers open extra questions or whole extra steps. If you change the answer, those questions disappear again.
Your organiser picks one of three layouts:
If your organiser lets you pick sessions, the RSVP Sessions section always comes last. See How Attendees Can Choose or Buy Sessions While Registering.

You see "You have successfully registered with us." and any message your organiser has added. The details card shows:
Click Add to Calendar and pick Apple, Google, Outlook.com, Yahoo or iCal to save the event. It's saved as an all-day entry for the event dates, without session times.
Your organiser may hide the QR code and app badges, or send you to their own thank-you page instead.
If your organiser has turned on sharing, you can also click Post on LinkedIn or Post on Facebook, check the preview and click Post.
You see "Registration Pending Approval" instead. Your registration has been received and the organiser's team is reviewing it. You get an email once it's approved. There's no QR code, passcode or login button until then. See How Attendees Can Track a Registration or Ticket That Needs Approval.
On exhibitor and sponsor forms, the thank-you page has an Associate user section. Type a colleague's First Name, Last Name and E-mail and click Register. Each person gets their own QR code, passcode and Login to Portal button.

You can't register in the Eventify app. Open the registration link in your phone's browser or on a computer and follow the steps above. Once you're registered, log in to the app with the details you registered with.
How do I register for a conference on Eventify?
Click Register Now on the event's welcome page or open the link your organiser sent. Fill in the form, click Register, and use your passcode or Login to Portal to get into the event.
Why does it say "Given user already used in event, try another."?
Usually this means someone has already registered with that email address, so log in with it instead. If you haven't registered before, contact your organiser.
Where do I find my passcode after I register?
It's on the thank-you page. Click Show Passcode to see it. You can also log in later with a passcode sent to your email.
Can I register with my phone number instead of an email?
Only if your organiser has turned on phone sign-up. You then see "OR" and a Phone No field under the email field.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
