Mobile app only: this feature is available in the Eventify mobile app. It isn't available in the web portal.
The Eventify app uses event matchmaking to point you to the people worth meeting. Suggested ranks attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers by how well they match your profile. Near Me lists the attendees who are physically close to you right now.
Suggested needs networking turned on. If it's off, the "Networking & GDPR Consent" sheet opens first and asks you to turn it on. See How Attendees Can Control Networking and GDPR Consent.
Open Suggested from the side menu or the bottom bar. Your event may give this screen a different name.

The screen has one tab for each type your event includes, such as attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers.
On the attendee tab, each card shows the person's match score (for example "85% Match"), a few of their interests, and how many Mutual Interests you share. Tap Say Hi to open their profile, where you can send a connection request or a message. Tap the bookmark to save them for later.
Filter chips sit above the list on every tab except speakers. There's one for interests and one for each profile field your organiser has set up.
Tap Clear in the list to remove that chip's filter. When more than one chip is set, Clear Filters removes them all.
The person no longer shows in your suggestions on this phone.
If you haven't added any interests to your profile, you see "Add interests to your profile and start connecting!". Add some interests to your profile, then come back. See How Attendees Can Complete and Edit Their Event Profile.
Near Me is a chip on the Attendees screen. It only shows if your organiser has turned it on.

The list shows the attendees closest to you, nearest first, with an approximate distance for each person. It keeps updating while Near Me is selected, so you can move around the venue and check again.
Only attendees who have shared their location appear in the list. When you use it, the app saves your location to your event profile. Other attendees using Near Me can then see roughly how far away you are.
If you don't allow location access, you see "This app needs permission to use this feature. You can grant them in app settings" and the list goes back to All Attendees. If nobody is close by, you see "Attendees not found near to your location. Please check back later."
Can I use Suggested or Near Me in the web portal?
The portal in your browser has a Suggested tab in the attendee directory. Near Me is only in the app. See How Attendees Can Find and Connect with Other Attendees.
Does tapping Say Hi send a message?
No. It opens the person's profile. From there you choose Send Request, Message or Let's Meet.
How are my suggested matches worked out?
Suggested ranks people by how well they match your profile. On the attendee tab, each card shows a match score and how many Mutual Interests you share.
Who can see my location when I use Near Me?
When you use Near Me, the app saves your location to your event profile. Other attendees using Near Me can see roughly how far away you are.
