The speakers section lists all the event speakers. Open a speaker to read their bio, see which sessions they're in, and download any files they've shared.
Open Speakers from the Event Menu in the sidebar. Your event may call this section something else, such as Presenters or Faculty.

A speaker's profile shows:
Click Bookmark to save the speaker to your bookmarks. If notes are switched on for your event, you can keep a private note about the speaker in the Notes block. See How Attendees Can Use Bookmarks and Notes.
The session opens with its time, location and details. If it's a paid session you haven't bought access to, you see "Upgrade to Premium to view this session." instead. See How Attendees Can Get Access to Paid Sessions.
Some speakers can be contacted through the portal. If the speaker has chat turned on and your organiser allows it, a chat icon appears on their profile.
If there's no chat icon, the speaker isn't taking messages through the portal.
The Eventify app shows the same speaker details, sessions and files. Open the speakers list from the side menu. The layout is different.

On a speaker's card:
There's no search box on the speakers list. Tap the search icon in the header to search the whole event, speakers included.
How do I find which sessions a speaker is presenting?
Open the speaker's profile and look under Sessions. You can also type a session title in the speaker search box to see who is in it.
Can I message a speaker?
Only if the speaker has chat turned on and your organiser allows it. Click the chat icon on their profile, then Send Request or Say Hi.
Where can I download a speaker's files?
Open the speaker's profile and click Download next to the file under Files.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
