When you bookmark sessions, people and companies, they're kept together in one list. Notes let you write down what you learned or who you met, with photos, and download everything afterwards.
Click the bookmark icon on a session, speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, attendee or news card, or on their detail page. Click it again to remove the bookmark.
Bookmarking a session is the same as adding it to your agenda, so it also appears in My Agenda. See How Attendees Can Build Their Personal Agenda.
Open Bookmark from the Event Tools group in the sidebar. Your event may call this section something else, such as Favourites or Saved.

Each bookmark has a menu with three options:
If you haven't bookmarked anything yet, you see "No Bookmark".
Open Notes from the bar at the top of the portal.

If you try to save an empty note, you see "Please add a note to save."
Attendee, speaker, exhibitor and sponsor pages have a Notes block. Until you add one, it reads "This space is waiting for your notes. Start adding your notes now."

To change a note later, click Edit, make your changes and click SAVE. Notes can't be added to sessions.
You can attach up to 10 images to a note. Each image must be between 10 KB and 20 MB.
Bookmarks and notes work the same way in the Eventify app. They sit in different places.
Bookmarks. Tap the bookmark icon on a session, speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, attendee, news article or Event Pulse post. The icon fills in. Tap it again to remove the bookmark.
To see your bookmarks, open the side menu and tap Bookmark under your name, or tap the Bookmark tile on My Profile.

Notes. Tap Notes at the top of the side menu to see all your notes. Use the "Search Notes" box to find one.
To write a note:
A saved note opens read-only. Tap the pencil icon to edit it, or the bin icon to delete it. When asked "Are you sure you want to delete the note?", tap YES.
To export your notes, tap the download icon on the Notes screen. Your phone's share sheet opens with a CSV file of all your notes, so you can save it or send it to another app.
Where can I find my saved sessions and bookmarks?
Open Bookmark from the Event Tools group in the sidebar. Bookmarked sessions also show in My Agenda.
Can I export my notes?
Yes. On the Notes page, click Download to save all your notes as a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet.
How many photos can I add to a note?
Up to 10 images, each between 10 KB and 20 MB.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
