Short answers to the questions speakers ask most. Each one links to the full article.
Do I log in differently as a speaker?
No. You sign in with an email and a passcode, the same as attendees. Use the email your organiser has on file for you as a speaker, or your speaker tools won't show. See How Speakers Get Started in the Speaker Portal.
Can I change my email address?
No. You can't change your login email in the portal. If your organiser has a different address for you, ask them to update it.
I submitted an abstract. Is that the same login?
No. Abstract submissions use a separate abstract portal with its own account. See How Abstract Authors Can Create an Account and Log In to the Abstract Portal.
Where do I edit my bio?
Click your avatar at the top right and choose My Speaker Profile. Your bio is the About field, up to 2,000 characters. Click Submit to save. See How Speakers Can Edit Their Profile and Upload Files.

How many files can I upload?
Up to 5 files on your speaker profile, and up to 5 files on each of your sessions. Each session can also have up to 4 extra videos.
Where is my speaker QR code?
Open the MY QR panel and click the Speaker tab. Click the download icon to save it. See How Attendees Can Find and Download Their Personal QR Code.
Why can't I edit my session?
Your organiser decides whether speakers can edit their sessions, and how much. If there's no pencil icon on the session page, editing is turned off or the session isn't linked to you. Ask your organiser. See How Speakers Can Edit Their Session Details, Videos and Files.
Why is my session already in My Agenda, and can I remove it?
Your organiser linked you to the session as a speaker, so it's added to My Agenda for you. You can't remove sessions your organiser assigned.

How do attendees ask me questions?
Through Live Q&A on the session page, when your organiser has turned it on. Questions may be reviewed by your organiser before they appear. You can answer in writing with Reply. See How Speakers Can Prepare for Their Session: What Attendees See.
Can I run a poll?
Your organiser creates and runs polls. Send them your question and options before the event.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
