Your speaker profile is the page attendees open when they click you in Speakers or on a session. You can update your photo, bio and links, and attach files such as your slides or a one-page bio.
#image# The Edit Speaker Profile page with the portrait photo and the first fields visible
The Edit Speaker Profile page opens with every field on one page. Your current details are already filled in, including your About text, so you only change what's out of date.
The photo is cropped to a portrait shape, so a head-and-shoulders picture works best. The file must be between 10 KB and 20 MB. Otherwise you'll see "File size must be between 10 KB and 20480 KB".
These fields are required and marked with a red asterisk:
The rest are optional: E-mail, Phone No, Country, Facebook Profile, Linkedin Profile, Twitter Profile and Instagram.
For the social profile fields, paste the full web address of your profile, for example a link that starts with your LinkedIn domain. A username on its own shows "Url is invalid."
Your organiser may lock some fields so they can't be changed once filled in.

You can attach up to 5 files, such as your slides, a speaker sheet or a handout.
Each file shows a download icon and a remove icon. Click remove to take a file off your profile.
Attendees see these files in the Files section of your speaker page, each with a Download button. Files for a specific session belong on the session instead. See How Speakers Can Edit Their Session Details, Videos and Files.
Your changes go live straight away. There's no draft or approval step, so check your bio before you submit.
If a required field is empty, it shows "This field is required!" and the profile isn't saved. If you see "Something went wrong.", try again in a moment.
#image# A speaker's page as attendees see it, with photo, social links, About, Sessions and Files
Your speaker page shows your photo, social links, position, country, About, your Sessions and your Files. Depending on how your organiser has set up the event, attendees may also see a chat button that opens your attendee profile so they can message you. See How Attendees Can Explore Speakers and Their Sessions.
Is my speaker profile the same as My Profile?
No. My Profile is your attendee profile, used for networking. My Speaker Profile is the public speaker page. Update both if you want them to match. See How Attendees Can Complete and Edit Their Event Profile.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
