As a speaker, you can add videos and files to the sessions you're linked to, straight from the session page. Depending on your organiser's settings, you may also be able to change the session title and description.

The Edit Session Details form opens. The pencil only appears on sessions you're linked to as a speaker, and only if your organiser allows speakers to edit their sessions.

Your organiser chooses how much speakers can edit:
Title and Description are required when they're shown. The title can be up to 250 characters and the description up to 450.
The link in Video Gallery is the video attendees open under Live Session on the session page.
A Zoom link shows attendees a Watch Live Session button. YouTube and Vimeo links play inside the page. If your organiser has already set a live stream link here, check with them before you change it.
You can add up to 4 extra videos, such as a recording or a trailer.
Attendees see these in Session Files as Video 1 to Video 4.

You can attach up to 5 files, such as your slides or a handout.
Attendees see these files in Session Files, each with a Download button.
The form closes and the session page updates for everyone straight away. Click Close to leave without saving.
The pencil icon isn't there.
Either the session isn't linked to your speaker profile, or your organiser has turned off session editing for speakers. Ask your organiser to add you to the session or make the change for you.
Should I put my slides on the session or on my speaker profile?
Put them on the session if they belong to that talk. Files on your speaker profile appear on your speaker page, not on a particular session. See How Speakers Can Edit Their Profile and Upload Files.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
