If your organiser arranges travel or activities for you, your personal plan appears in the portal. You can see each flight, hotel stay, transfer and activity by date, and download the vouchers that go with them.
Your itinerary is set up by your organiser. If something is missing or wrong, contact them. See How Attendees Can Contact Event Support.
Your event may call this section something else, such as My Travel or Trip Plan.

Each item shows its time, title and an icon for its type: flight, hotel, transfer (car or bus), activity or other.

If the item has a file, a preview shows under it.
Some items come with vouchers, such as a hotel booking or transfer ticket. Each voucher can have up to 3 files, plus notes from your organiser.
