How Attendees Can Use Event Floor Maps and Location Maps

Floor maps show the event layout, with booths labelled by the exhibitor or sponsor that has them. Location maps show where the venue is and link to directions.
Open a map
Your event may call this section something else, such as Venue or Floor Plan.

- Open Maps from the menu.
- Use the tabs to see all maps, only the Interactive Floor Maps, or only the location maps.
- Click a map to open it.
Move around a floor map

- Use the zoom buttons to zoom in and out. The current zoom level shows as a percentage between them.
- Click the reset button to go back to the full view.
- Scroll with your mouse wheel to zoom, and drag to move around the map.
- Booths taken by an exhibitor or sponsor show their name on the map.
See who is at a booth
- Click a booth on the map.
- A side panel opens with the booth number and its size. Expand "Booth Details" for more information.
- Click an exhibitor, sponsor, speaker or session listed on the booth to open its profile.

Search for a booth
When you're logged in, a list of booths sits beside the map.
- Type in "Search by name or booth".
- Enter a company name or a booth number.
- Click a result to see its details.
If you open a map from the home page without logging in, you'll see "Login to bookmark, RSVP, and interact with this content." Click Login to sign in and use the booth list.
Get directions to the venue
- Open a location map.
- Check the venue name and address, and the map below them.
- Click View on Map to open directions in Google Maps.
