Your organiser uses surveys to collect feedback and information before, during and after the event.
Surveys about a single session open from Take Survey on that session. See How Attendees Can Check In to a Session and Rate It.
Your event may call this section something else, such as Feedback or Polls.
#image# The Survey page in grid view, with survey cards showing their end dates and status icons
#image# A survey open in the side panel with questions and the Submit button
You'll see "We have received your response!" If you see "Something went wrong.", check your answers and submit again.
If the survey has a pencil icon, click it. Your previous answers are already filled in. Change what you need and click Submit. Your new answers replace the old ones.
If the survey has a green tick, you'll see "You have already responded to this survey!" and can't change it.
Your organiser can make a survey required. If you haven't taken it yet, it opens by itself after you log in. You can't close it until you submit it, so answer the questions and click Submit to carry on into the portal.
Your organiser may share a survey as a link or QR code, for example on a screen at the venue or in an email. These open in your browser and don't need you to log in.

When it's done, you'll see "We have received your response!" and "Thank you!"
Your answers are saved in your browser as you type. If you leave the page and come back on the same device and browser, you can pick up where you left off.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
