Gamification turns the event into a game. You earn points for things like completing your profile, visiting exhibitors or posting on the social feed, climb the leaderboard, and can win rewards set by your organiser.
Your event may call this section something else, such as Leaderboard or Games.

Each challenge card shows its name, what to do and how many points it's worth. Use "Search by name" to find one.

Recurring challenges and completed challenges have no View button.
A trivia challenge opens its questions in a side panel. Answer them and click Submit. You can open it again and resubmit to change your answers.
Challenges where you scan a QR code (for a session, exhibitor, sponsor, speaker or another attendee) must be done in the Eventify mobile app. In the portal, these open "Download the App" with QR codes for iOS and Android. Scan one with your phone to get the app, then complete the challenge there.

Your organiser can hide the leaderboard. If they do, you won't see the leaderboard or your position, but you still earn points.
Some challenges come with a reward file from your organiser. Once you complete one, a Win award tab appears next to Challenges.
If you see "Download failed!", try View Reward and save it from there.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
