The Public Meetings tab lets you find people to meet by room, by name or by company, and send them a meeting request from one place. It's useful when you want to see who is meeting where, or book time with a company's booth.

Use the menu at the top to switch between three views:
Type in the search box ("Search rooms/names/companies...") to filter the current view.

If a room has nobody in it, you see "Empty Room" and "No attendees are currently in this room."
For the full date and time steps and what each error means, see How Attendees Can Schedule a 1:1 Meeting.
Then follow the same date, time and details steps as above.
If nothing matches your search, or there's nothing to show yet, the tab shows "No Conversation!".
Your organiser may also add group meeting sessions. These show on your My Meetings tab with the list of participants ("+N More" when there are many), the room, and how many join requests there are. Open one to see "Meeting Requests" and "Confirmed Participants" with their counts. These cards don't have Accept, Reject or Reschedule Meeting buttons.
Why can't I change the meeting title on a public meeting?
The title is set for public meetings and can't be edited. Add anything extra in Meeting Notes.
Why can't I type a location?
When a room is chosen, the location is the room, so the field is locked.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
