When exhibitors and sponsors apply for a booth instead of buying it outright, every booth application lands on a review board in Eventify. You decide who gets each booth, move applicants through the stages, and either assign the booth for free or send an invoice first.
A booth takes applications when its Availability is set to Express of Interest in the booth editor, with an application form attached. Exhibitors and sponsors open the booth on the floor map, fill in the form and submit it. Each submission becomes a card on the Responses board.
To set a booth up this way, see How to Add and Edit Booths on an Eventify Floor Map.

Each application sits in one of five columns:
You can drag a card between columns. Some moves are blocked to protect assigned booths:
Dragging a shortlisted card to Confirmed assigns the booth straight away, so use the Confirm button when you want a confirmation step first.

The buttons at the bottom depend on the stage:
For a booth you are giving away, or where payment is handled elsewhere:
You'll see "Booth response confirmed successfully and booth assigned to applicant!" and the card moves to Confirmed.
To charge for the booth first, click Generate Invoice & Send instead. See How to Invoice Exhibitors and Collect Booth Payments.
If the booth an applicant asked for is taken, or you want to offer them another one:
The list only offers booths on the same floor map that are still open for applications or on hold, and that are for the same type of applicant (exhibitor or sponsor) as the original booth. If none fit, you'll see "No booth available to change".
Several people can apply for the same booth, but only one can have it.
If you cancel a pending invoice, the booth goes back to its previous status and can be offered again.
Why can't I see the Confirm button on a booth application?
The application must be in Shortlisted, and the booth must still be open for applications. If it is on hold or reserved for someone else, use Change Booth instead.
Can I undo a confirmed booth application?
No. Confirming assigns the booth, and a confirmed card can't be moved to another column.
Do applicants see my internal notes?
No. The Internal Note is only for your team in the admin panel.
Can two exhibitors apply for the same booth?
Yes. Each application gets its own card. Once you invoice or confirm one of them, the booth is held or reserved and the others need a different booth.
