The desktop kiosk prints to a Zebra printer through the printer's Windows or Mac driver, like any other printer. There's no IP address or printer model to enter in the kiosk. Once the Zebra printer prints from the computer, you choose it in the kiosk's Settings.

Install the driver and switch the printer on before you open the kiosk app. The kiosk reads the list of printers when it opens.
The kiosk prints each badge at the size set on your badge template. The Zebra printer must be set up for media of the same size.

If the badge is cut off, spreads over two labels, or leaves a blank label after each badge, the media size or calibration doesn't match the template. Fix the size in the printer settings and calibrate again.
For loading media into the printer, follow your printer's manual. The existing guide Setting up Zebra Printer describes the tablet kiosk, but its media loading steps apply to the printer itself.

If the badge prints sideways or upside down, change Rotation in Settings to 90°, -90° or 180° and print again.
Which Zebra models work with the desktop kiosk?
Any Zebra printer that has a driver for your version of Windows or macOS and can print media the size of your badge. Check the model's driver page on the Zebra support website.
Do I need to set up the printer's network address in Eventify?
No. The desktop kiosk prints through the computer's driver. Network setup in Eventify is only for the mobile app kiosk. See Which Printers Can I Use to Print Badges?.
