A two-sided badge is printed as one long badge that the attendee folds in half, so their name shows on both sides when the lanyard turns. The desktop kiosk prints both halves in one go on fanfold or continuous badge stock. This article covers the settings in the admin panel and on the laptop.

Set these in Kiosk Setup rather than on the laptop. Each sync resets Two Sided Badge and the fold direction on the laptop to the Kiosk Setup values.
The kiosk prints the badge twice, one above the other, with one copy turned upside down. When the attendee folds the badge along the middle, both sides read the right way up.
If your badge template has a separate back design, the kiosk prints the back design on the second half instead of a second copy of the front.
Load badge stock that's twice the height of your badge template, or fanfold stock with a fold line between each half.
On the kiosk scan screen, click Settings (the gear at the top left). When Two Sided Badge is on, three more options appear.

Single Page Print and Y Offset (cm) belong to this laptop and aren't changed by a sync. Y Offset (cm) goes back to 0 when you log out.

Your printer's paper or label size must match the full length being printed. With Single Page Print on, that's twice the height of your badge template. See How to Set Up a Badge Printer and Kiosk Settings on the Desktop Kiosk.
Why did my two-sided setting turn off after a sync?
The laptop takes Two Sided Badge from Kiosk Setup each time it syncs. Turn it on in Kiosk Setup and sync again.
