The desktop kiosk prints to a Brother label printer through the printer's Windows or Mac driver, the same way it prints to any other printer. There's no network address or model to enter in the kiosk. Once the printer works on the computer, you choose it in the kiosk's Settings.

Install the printer driver before you open the kiosk app. The kiosk reads the list of printers when it opens.
The kiosk prints each badge at the size set on your badge template. Your Brother printer must be set up for labels of the same size.

If your label roll is a different size from the template, change the template size or use a different roll. A mismatch can cut the badge off or spread it over two labels.
For loading the roll into the printer, follow your printer's manual. The existing guide Setting up Brother Label Printer describes the tablet kiosk, but its roll loading steps apply to the printer itself.

If the badge prints sideways or upside down, change Rotation in Settings to 90°, -90° or 180° and print again.
Which Brother models work with the desktop kiosk?
Any Brother label printer that has a driver for your version of Windows or macOS and can print labels the size of your badge. Check the model's driver page on the Brother support website.
Do the Brother printer error codes apply to the desktop kiosk?
No. Those codes are shown by the tablet kiosk. On the desktop, use the printer's own lights or the computer's print queue to find the problem.
Can I use the same Brother printer with the mobile app kiosk?
The mobile app kiosk connects to supported Brother models over the network or Bluetooth instead of through a driver. See Which Printers Can I Use to Print Badges?.
