A large event schedule is easier to manage when you can narrow it down to the sessions you need. In Eventify you can search and filter sessions in the admin panel, and see every session that isn't on the event agenda yet in the Unscheduled Sessions panel.
The search box and filters appear in the List and Table views of the schedule.

The list updates as you type. A session matches when the text appears in its title, its track name or the name of one of its speakers.
The filter buttons sit to the right of the search box. You can combine them with each other and with the search.
Dates
Track, Location and Speakers
The Location list shows the locations already set on your sessions. The Speakers list shows the speakers linked to sessions.
A button with a number on it shows how many values are selected in that filter. When any filter is active, a Clear All button appears with the total count. Click it to remove every filter at once.

Once the list is filtered, you can select the results in Table view and change them together. See How to Bulk Edit Sessions from the Schedule Table View.
An unscheduled session is a session saved with the status Draft. Draft sessions don't need a track, start time or end time, so they have no place on the calendar. They aren't part of the published schedule.
A session becomes unscheduled when:

The panel opens on the right. Its header shows the number of unscheduled sessions. Each card shows the session title, its speakers and its track when it has one. If there are none, you see "No unscheduled sessions found". Click the minimise icon in the panel header to close it.
The session leaves the panel and appears on the calendar at the date and time you set. When the status is Publish, the form requires a track, a start time and an end time. If you save without a track, you see "Please choose/add a Track!".
To remove a session you no longer need, click the bin icon on its card and confirm. This deletes it permanently.
Why can't attendees see a session?
Check the Unscheduled Sessions panel. A session with the status Draft isn't published, so attendees don't see it. Open it, set it to Publish with a date, track and time, and save.
Why does a session appear as unscheduled after an import?
Imported sessions are set to Draft when the file gives no session date, a date outside your event's schedule dates, or the status "draft". Fix the date in the session form or in your file and import again. See How to Bulk Import Sessions in Eventify.
Why don't I see the search box and filters?
They appear only in the list and table views. Switch views with the icons at the top right of the schedule page.
How do I search sessions by speaker?
Type the speaker's name in the search box, or open the Speakers filter and tick their name.
