How to Use the AI Schedule Health Overview in Eventify
The AI Schedule Health panel analyzes your entire program and surfaces potential issues before your event goes live. It gives you a health score, highlights key strengths and risks, and identifies specific sessions that need attention.
How to access: Dashboard → Content → Schedule → AI Overview (panel icon in toolbar)
What the Panel Shows
- Health Score — An overall score reflecting the quality and completeness of your schedule
- Highlights — Categorized callouts — positive (green), warning (yellow), or informational (blue)
- Session Type Distribution — Breakdown of session types (Public, Private, Ticket-required)
- Track Utilization — Visual bars showing how full each track is relative to the scheduled time
- Issues Detected — Specific problems found — click to expand and see affected sessions
Types of Issues the AI Detects
- Overlapping sessions — two sessions in the same track with conflicting time slots
- Underutilized tracks — tracks with very few sessions relative to event duration
- Unassigned speakers — sessions with no speaker linked
- Sessions missing descriptions — sessions with no content for attendees to read
- Imbalanced track loads — large time gaps or session clustering in specific tracks
