When you need to change many sessions at once, the Table view of your event schedule lets you select them and act on all of them together. In Eventify you can duplicate, archive, move, retag, export or delete a group of sessions without opening each one. This is part of the schedule tools in the Eventify event management platform.

The table shows your sessions with the columns Session Name, Speakers, Date & Time, Track, Location and Actions. It lists 11 sessions per page. Click a column heading to sort by it.
Once at least one session is selected, the bar above the table changes. It shows how many sessions are selected, for example "3 sessions selected", with a Clear Selection button and the buttons Duplicate, Export, Archive and Delete. The buttons Assign Track, Assign Location, Assign Tag and Move Sessions also appear above the table.
You can use the search box and the Dates, Track, Location and Speakers filters first to narrow the table, then select all. See How to Filter Your Schedule and Place Unscheduled Sessions.

Duplicate
Each copy keeps the same title, date, time and track as the original, along with its linked speakers, exhibitors and sponsors. Rename or reschedule the copies afterwards.
Archive
Archiving sets the sessions to Draft. They leave the published schedule and appear in the Unscheduled Sessions panel, where you can open and publish them again later.
#image# Move Sessions window with the Session Date, Choose Track and Keep existing session times fields
If you untick Keep existing session times, every selected session gets the same start and end time, so they will overlap. Use this for a single session or for sessions in different tracks.
Assign Track
Assign Location
Assign Tag
The tags you choose replace the current tags on all selected sessions. Tags come from your event's interest tags. See How To Modify The Interests Tags?.
Export
You get an Excel file named Sessions.xlsx with only the sessions you selected.
Delete
Deleting cannot be undone. If you might need the sessions again, use Archive instead.
Session Name and the checkbox column always stay visible.
How do I edit multiple sessions at once in Eventify?
Switch Content > Schedule to Table view, tick the sessions, then use Assign Track, Assign Location, Assign Tag or Move Sessions. For changes to other fields, use Quick Actions > Edit Schedules in bulk.
Where do archived sessions go?
Archived sessions are set to Draft and listed in the Unscheduled Sessions panel. Open one from there, set it to Publish with a date, track and time, and save it to put it back on the schedule.
Is this the same as Edit Schedules in bulk?
No. Quick Actions > Edit Schedules in bulk works through a spreadsheet. The Table view actions change the selected sessions directly on the page. See How To Bulk Edit Sessions?.
Can I undo a bulk delete?
No. Deleted sessions are removed permanently. Archive sessions instead if you may want them back.
