When you bulk import exhibitors, speakers or sponsors, you don't need to copy your list into a spreadsheet first. Eventify can read a PDF, a document, an image, a block of pasted text or an existing web page and turn it into rows you check before anything is saved. The same import window works on the Exhibitors, Speakers and Sponsors pages.

The methods are:
The window then moves to the Source step. The AI methods add an Analysis step while Eventify reads your content, and all methods end on Verify. Click Back at any point to change the method.
The file must be 10 MB or smaller. A larger file shows "File size exceeds 10 MB. Please upload a smaller file." and you can't continue until you pick a smaller one.
Clear, structured text gives better results.
If some of the data is missing from the result, split the text into smaller sections and import each one.

Eventify reads the page and extracts the data.

After an AI method, the Analysis step shows progress messages while Eventify reads your content. It can take a while for a large file or page. When the data is ready, the window moves to Verify on its own. If nothing could be read, you'll see a message such as "AI could not extract any exhibitor data from the uploaded content." Click Retry, or go back and try a different method.

On the Verify step, the Review & Import table shows every row that will be created.
AI extraction is not always 100% accurate, so review the rows before you save. Each type has required fields:
If rows are missing a required value, or have an invalid or duplicate one, the table shows how many rows have errors and says they will be skipped. Fix them in the table, or click Submit to import only the valid rows.
Can I import exhibitors from a PDF?
Yes. Choose Import File with AI and upload the PDF. The file can be up to 10 MB.
Can I import speakers from our old event website?
Yes. Choose Import from URL, enter the page address in WEBSITE LINK and click Continue. Review the speakers on the Verify step before you import.
What happens if an exhibitor already exists?
Exhibitors are matched by name. Choose Overwrite to update the existing profile or Skip to keep it unchanged.
Why were some rows not imported?
Rows with a blank, invalid or duplicate value in a required field are skipped. Correct them in the Review & Import table before you click the import button.
