Go to Dashboard → Content → Sponsors and click Import.
Click Download CSV or Download XLSX in the import modal to get the template with all required columns pre-filled, including any dynamic form fields configured for your event. Date fields are labelled: "Use date field and format YYYY-MM-DD".

Membership Type values must match existing tier names exactly. Dates must be in YYYY-MM-DD format.

| Insert (Skip duplicates) | Only adds sponsors that don't already exist. Existing sponsors are left unchanged. |
| Overwrite (Update duplicates) | Adds new sponsors and updates existing sponsors with values from the file. |
| Overwrite + Skip Blank | Updates existing sponsors but ignores any blank cells — only overwrites fields that have a value in the file. |
The "Skip Blank Value" option appears as a checkbox when Overwrite is selected.
Drag your file into the upload area or click to browse.
A preview of the data appears — 10 rows per page. Rows with validation errors are highlighted in red. Click the error icon to see the specific field that failed. Correct your file and re-upload if needed. Click Import to proceed.
A: Insert (skip duplicates), Overwrite (update duplicates with file values), and Overwrite + Skip Blank (update duplicates but ignore blank cells in the file).
A: Dates must be in YYYY-MM-DD format. Excel numeric dates are automatically converted.
