Additional Analytics gives you three event analytics reports that the main dashboard doesn't show: how many badges have been printed, which attendees have incomplete profiles, and who hasn't added a profile photo. In the Eventify event management platform you find them in one place, and you can export the badge and profile lists to follow up with people before and during the event.

Two cards sit at the top of the page. Click a card to switch the reports below it.
The Badge Report lists how many badges have been printed for each user group. Use it at check-in to see how many people from each group have collected a badge.

The table has two columns: Category (the user group) and Total Printed. If no badges match, you see "No printed badges found".
While the Badge Generated card is selected, the report refreshes itself every few seconds. The header shows "Last updated" with the number of seconds since the last refresh, so you can leave the page open on a screen at the registration desk.
Click Export in the report header. Eventify downloads an Excel file with one row per person whose badge was printed, with these columns:
The Incomplete Profile Report lists every user whose profile is missing something. The number of users appears next to the report title.

The table shows User Name, Email, User Group and Missing/Empty Fields. In the last column, Profile Pic means the user hasn't added a profile picture. Any other tag is the name of a profile field that is empty.
If every profile is complete, you see "No incomplete profile data found" and Export is not available.
The User Photo Report counts profile photos by user group. It sits below the Incomplete Profile Report when the User Profile Info card is selected.

For each Category (user group) you see:
Click Refresh in the report header to reload the counts. If there is nothing to show, you see "No user photo data found".
The reports show who needs attention. You act on them from other parts of the admin panel.
How do I see how many badges have been printed at my event?
Open Analytics > Additional Analytics and click the Badge Generated card. The Badge Report shows Total Printed for each user group, and you can filter it by Kiosk or PDF.
How can I find attendees who haven't completed their profile?
Use the Incomplete Profile Report on the same page. It lists each user with the fields they haven't filled in, and a Profile Pic tag when their photo is missing.
Can I export the incomplete profile list?
Yes. Click Export in the report header to download an Excel file. If you searched first, only the matching users are exported.
Does the badge report update during check-in?
Yes. While the Badge Generated card is selected, the report reloads every few seconds and shows how long ago it was last updated.
