The Analytics Dashboard is your top-level view of event performance. It pulls together attendee activity, device data, networking, and engagement into a single page — giving you the big picture before you dive into specific sub-sections.
From your event dashboard, go to Analytics → Analytics Dashboard in the left sidebar.
All analytics data defaults to the last 7 days when you open the dashboard. Use the date picker in the top-right to change the range before reading any numbers.
The dashboard displays a row of summary cards. Each card shows a count and a description:
| Card | What It Counts |
|---|---|
| Total Attendees | Total registered attendees |
| Attendees Hits | Total visits to the app's home/overview screen |
| Engagement Rate | % of registered attendees who actively used the app |
| Interaction Rate | Total actions performed across the app |
| Logged-in Users | Attendees who have logged into the app |
| Attendees Not Logged-in | Registered attendees who have never logged in |
| Checked-in Attendees | Attendees who physically checked into the event |
| Logged-in, Not Checked-in | Logged in but did not physically check in |
| QR Scans | Total QR codes scanned across the app |
| Messages | Total messages sent between attendees |
Cards that show user-level data — Logged-in Users, Not Logged-in, Checked-in, and Logged-in Not Checked-in — include two actions when count is greater than zero:
The QR Scans card includes a Download link to export all scan data as an XLSX file.
Three cards are interactive — Device Installed, Networking, and Sessions. Clicking any of these expands a detailed breakdown directly below the cards on the same page, along with a date picker for that specific panel.
Below the cards and panels, an Attendees Engagement bar chart shows how active users have been over the selected date range — one bar per day.
Click the Export button in the top-right corner to download the full Analytics Dashboard as a multi-page PDF report (analytics.pdf).
Q: Why do some Analytics sub-sections not appear in my sidebar?
A: Sub-sections are only visible when the corresponding feature is enabled for your event. If Social Feed, Exhibitors, or Speakers are not active, those analytics sections won't appear.
Q: Why am I being redirected away from Analytics?
A: Full Analytics access requires a qualifying plan. If you're on a lower plan, you'll be redirected to the Overview page.
Q: What does Engagement Rate measure exactly?
A: It is the percentage of registered attendees who actively used the app — opened it, interacted with content, or performed any tracked action.
Q: What does Interaction Rate measure?
A: It is the total count of all actions performed across the app — not a percentage. It includes every tap, click, view, and interaction across all features.
Q: Can I change the date range for the entire dashboard?
A: Yes. Use the date picker in the top-right of the Analytics Dashboard. The range defaults to the last 7 days on every page load.
