Eventify records which marketing campaign brought each ticket buyer to your registration page. With UTM tracking for event registration you can filter your Sales Report by campaign and open any order to see the buyer's path, so you know which emails, ads and posts are selling tickets.
When a buyer arrives on your registration page through a link with campaign tags (UTM parameters), Eventify notes the campaign as a "touch". If the same buyer comes back later through a different campaign link, that is another touch. When they place an order, the touches are saved with the order.
Two touches matter most:
Orders from buyers who never arrived through a tagged link have no campaign data. Orders placed before this feature was added don't have it either.

Each drop-down only lists values found on your event's orders. Switching between First Touch and Last Touch clears the four campaign filters, because a value on one end may not exist on the other. Click Clear Filters to reset everything.
The Filters button only appears on the Sales By Order tab, and only once your event has at least one order with campaign data or one placed through an embedded registration page.
Captured From shows where the order was placed:

The section shows:
The section is hidden on orders without campaign data.
Attribution depends on the links you share. Add UTM parameters to every registration link you use in marketing:
Add them to the end of your registration link, for example: ?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=early-bird-launch. If the link already contains a ?, start with & instead.
These three values are what appear as Campaign Source, Campaign Medium and Campaign Name. Use the same spelling every time; "Newsletter" and "newsletter" show as separate values.
If your registration is embedded on your own website, or visitors move from your site to registration on another domain, see the tracking articles below to keep the source intact.
How do I track which marketing channel sells the most tickets?
Tag each channel's links with UTM parameters, then filter the Sales Report by Campaign Source or Campaign Medium under How The Buyer Arrived.
What is the difference between First Touch and Last Touch?
First Touch is the campaign that first brought the buyer to you. Last Touch is the campaign that led to this order.
Why don't I see the Filters button in the Sales Report?
It appears only on Sales By Order, and only after at least one order has campaign data or came through an embedded registration page.
Why does an order show no How The Buyer Arrived section?
The buyer didn't arrive through a tagged link, or the order was placed before campaign tracking was added.
