Schedule settings control how attendees browse and interact with sessions — including the default schedule view format, session rating timing, RSVP behaviour, and live Q&A publishing.

Controls when the session rating option appears to attendees. Six options:
"Session Begin [BETA]" is marked as beta. For production events, "After Session is Over" or a timed option is recommended.

Controls what linked speakers can edit on their own session page.
These two settings can work together:
When on, audience questions submitted during live sessions are published immediately without requiring moderator approval. When off, a moderator must approve each question before it appears on-screen.
Q: Can I change the schedule view after attendees have already logged in?
Yes. The change takes effect immediately. Attendees see the new default view on their next open of the Schedule tab.
Q: What does "Restrict Attendees to RSVP per Track" do exactly?
It prevents attendees from RSVPing to more than one session within the same track — useful when tracks represent parallel content streams and you want clean session counts.
Q: Is "Session Begin [BETA]" stable enough for live events?
It is marked BETA, which means behaviour may be less predictable than the other options. For production events where rating accuracy matters, use "After Session is Over" or one of the timed options.
