Schedule settings control how attendees browse and interact with sessions — including the default schedule view format, session rating timing, RSVP behaviour, and live Q&A publishing.

Controls when the session rating option appears to attendees. Six options:
| Option | When Rating Becomes Available |
|---|---|
| Session Begin [BETA] | As soon as the session starts |
| After Session is Over | Once the session end time passes |
| 5 Minutes Before | 5 minutes before session end |
| 10 Minutes Before | 10 minutes before session end |
| 15 Minutes Before | 15 minutes before session end |
| Anytime | Rating is always available regardless of session time |
"Session Begin [BETA]" is marked as beta. For production events, "After Session is Over" or a timed option is recommended.

Controls what linked speakers can edit on their own session page.
| Option | What Speakers Can Edit |
|---|---|
| Don't Allow | Nothing — speakers cannot edit session details |
| Only Media | Photos and videos only |
| Allow | Full session details — title, description, and media |
| Setting | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Allow Attendees to Multiple RSVP on Overlapping Sessions | Lets attendees RSVP to sessions that run at the same time |
| Restrict Attendees to RSVP per Track | Prevents attendees from RSVPing to more than one session per track |
These two settings can work together:
When on, audience questions submitted during live sessions are published immediately without requiring moderator approval. When off, a moderator must approve each question before it appears on-screen.
Q: Can I change the schedule view after attendees have already logged in?
Yes. The change takes effect immediately. Attendees see the new default view on their next open of the Schedule tab.
Q: What does "Restrict Attendees to RSVP per Track" do exactly?
It prevents attendees from RSVPing to more than one session within the same track — useful when tracks represent parallel content streams and you want clean session counts.
Q: Is "Session Begin [BETA]" stable enough for live events?
It is marked BETA, which means behaviour may be less predictable than the other options. For production events where rating accuracy matters, use "After Session is Over" or one of the timed options.
