The File Upload tab on each speaker profile lets you attach up to 5 files. Files are stored on the Eventify CDN and can be made available to registered users through the app, if file downloads are enabled in your event settings.
Go to Content → Speakers and click the edit icon next to the speaker.
Click the File Upload tab (the fourth tab in the modal, labelled Upload Speaker Files — Maximum 5 files).
Click Click to upload or drag and drop a file into the upload zone.
• Maximum files: 5 (positions File1 through File5)
• Accepted file types: All file types are accepted
• Maximum file size: Subject to the platform's maximum allowed file size limit
• Each file appears below the upload zone with its filename and a delete (×) button.
Filename sanitization: Special characters and spaces in filenames are replaced with underscores automatically before upload.
Click the × button next to any uploaded file to remove it from the slot.
Click Save at the bottom of the modal. Files are uploaded and stored at this point.
