Eventify gives you three signals to measure attendee interest in any session — formal RSVP registrations, session favorites (bookmarks), and full session analytics. Use these to plan room capacity, brief speakers, and prioritize high-demand content.
How to access: Dashboard → Content → Schedule → click a session (for RSVP list) or click the analytics icon next to a session (for full analytics)
The strongest signal. Shows every attendee who formally reserved a spot.
Attendees can star or bookmark a session without RSVP'ing. A high favorites count with a low RSVP count can signal a session that needs promotion or extra capacity.
Favorites count is visible in Session Analytics.

Q: What is the difference between a Favorite and an RSVP?
A: A Favorite is passive — the attendee has bookmarked the session but has not reserved a seat. An RSVP is a formal reservation that counts against capacity.
Q: Can I export the RSVP list?
A: Export options depend on your plan. Check for a download button in the RSVP Users tab or contact your account manager.
Q: Are analytics updated in real time?
A: Yes. Session analytics update in near real time and can be monitored during the event.
