The Exhibitors page has three separate export options accessible from the Export dropdown button. Each produces a different file type for a different purpose.
What it produces: An Excel file (Exhibitor.xlsx) containing exhibitor profile data.
What it includes: Name, Booth Number, Contact Information, About description, Social Links, and Display Order.
Note: This export does NOT include products, coupons, deals, gallery files, or lead data. Export leads separately using Export All Leads.
What it produces: A PDF file (Exhibitors_QRs.pdf) with one QR code per page per exhibitor.
PDF format: Each page includes the event name, exhibitor name, the QR code in a box, and "Scan Me" text. Page header uses your event's theme colour.
To download a single exhibitor's QR code: Click the QR/Download icon on the exhibitor's row. A single-exhibitor PDF downloads.
Print quality tip: Print QR codes at minimum 300 DPI. Low-resolution prints may fail to scan. Test with the Eventify app scanner before the event.
What it produces: An Excel file (ExhibitorLeads.xlsx) with one sheet per exhibitor.
What it includes per row: Attendee name, email, phone, company, interaction type, and timestamp.
Sheet naming: Each sheet is named after the exhibitor (names are truncated to 25 characters).
If no lead data exists, you will see a "No data found" message. Ensure Lead Definition actions are configured at Settings → Event Settings → Lead Definition before your event.
