The Exhibitor Form controls what information organisers collect for each exhibitor profile. You can add new fields, remove unused ones, reorder them, divide the form into sections, and configure each field's visibility and requirements.
Go to Content → Exhibitors. Click the Form button in the top header, then select Update Form from the dropdown.
The form builder shows available field types in the left sidebar. Click any field type to add it to the form.
Available field types:
• Text Input
• Text Area
• Number Input
• Checkboxes
• Radio Buttons
• Dropdown
• Date Picker
• File Upload
• Group
• Section / Page Breaker
Use Section / Page Breaker to divide a long form into labelled sections, making it easier to navigate.
Drag and drop any field to change its position in the form.
Click the pencil icon on any field to edit its settings:
• Label — rename the field
• Public / Hidden — control whether the field is visible to staff users or admin-only
• Required / Optional — make the field mandatory or optional
• Admin-only editing — restrict editing to admin accounts only
• Exclude from lead scanning export — prevent this field from appearing in lead export files
Click Save at the bottom. Changes apply immediately to the exhibitor profile form in the admin panel.
