Warning: If the ad is linked to a Sponsor or Exhibitor, and that Sponsor or Exhibitor is deleted, the ad is also deleted automatically. Before deleting a sponsor or exhibitor, reassign or remove any linked ads.
Q: Where do I find the Advertisement ID?
A: Open the ad for editing — the ID appears in the modal header. Click it to copy.
Q: Can I change the placement type when editing?
A: Yes, but changing the Display Screen clears the uploaded banner image. You must re-upload a new image at the correct size for the new placement.
Q: Why did my ad disappear after I deleted a sponsor?
A: Ads linked to a deleted sponsor or exhibitor are automatically deleted along with them. The ad cannot be recovered — create a new one and link it to a different item or URL.
