Go to Dashboard → Content → Sponsors and click + Add New.
The form opens with up to four tabs: Basic Details, Additional Details, User Permission, and Lead Form (the Lead Form tab appears only when editing an existing sponsor that has a global lead retrieval form configured).
Upload the sponsor's logo. Recommended size: 300×300px. The image opens in a cropper — adjust the crop before saving.
Enter the sponsor's display name. This field supports multiple languages if your event is configured for multi-language content.
Enter a description of the sponsor. This field also supports multiple languages.
Upload a banner image. Required ratio: 566×368px. The image opens in a cropper — adjust before saving.
Upload a promotional video. The video must be in 9:16 (width × height) ratio.
Select the sponsor's membership tier from the dropdown (e.g., Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze). If no tiers exist yet, click Manage next to the dropdown to create them before saving.
This tab contains contact and social media fields, plus any custom fields your event form is configured with.
Contact fields: Email, Phone Number, WhatsApp
Social media fields: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Web Link, Video URL
All social media and URL fields are validated — an error appears if the format is incorrect.
Custom fields (text, textarea, number, date, checkboxes, dropdown, file upload, gallery images, gallery videos, documents) appear here based on your event's sponsor form definition.

Click Save when all required fields are complete. The Save button is only active when changes have been made to the form.
A: Only Name and Membership Type are required. All other fields are optional.
A: Yes. Logo and banner are optional. The profile will save without them.
A: Yes. The Name and Description fields support multiple languages if your event is configured for multi-language content.
