To manage sponsors for your event, go to Content > Sponsors. From this page you can add new sponsors, import a list in bulk, export your existing sponsors, and manage the sponsor form. Click + Add New to create a sponsor profile. The Add Sponsor form opens with four tabs: Basic Details, Additional Details, User Permission, and Settings.
+ Add New — Opens the Add Sponsor form to create a new sponsor profile manually.
Export — Downloads your current sponsors list as a file. Useful for keeping a record or preparing data for another use.
Import — Lets you upload a file to add multiple sponsors at once instead of adding them one by one.
Form — Opens the sponsor form builder where you can add and manage custom fields that appear in the Additional Details tab when adding or editing a sponsor.
Settings (gear icon) — Access sponsor-level settings for the event.
This is where you set up the core information for the sponsor profile.
Logo — Upload the sponsor's logo. The recommended size is 300x300px and the maximum file size is 50MB. The image opens in a cropper so you can adjust it before saving.

Sponsor Banner — Upload a banner image. The required ratio is 566x368px and the maximum file size is 50MB.
Promo Video — Upload a promotional video. The video must be in 9:16 (width x height) ratio and the maximum file size is 50MB.
Type (required) — Select the sponsor's membership tier from the dropdown, for example Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze. If no tiers have been created yet, click Manage next to the dropdown to add them before saving.
This tab contains extra contact and social media fields, along with any custom fields set up for your event's sponsor form.
Industry (mandatory) — Select the sponsor's industry from the dropdown.
Email — Add the sponsor's contact email.
Sponsorship — Enter sponsorship details.
Number Input — A numeric field for any additional data you need to capture.
Multi-line Input — A text area for longer input if required by your form setup.
Any other custom fields configured for your event's sponsor form will also appear here.
This tab lets you assign registered attendees as booth managers for the sponsor. The left side shows the full Users List and the right side shows the Permitted Users List. Select the attendees you want to give access to and they will be moved to the permitted list. These users will be able to manage the sponsor's booth profile from the app.
Show statistics — When enabled, the sponsor can see their own profile views, email drops, and other engagement data from within their profile in the app. This is turned on by default.
Once you have filled in the required fields, click Save. The sponsor profile will be created and appear in the Sponsors list under Content > Sponsors.
