Q: I can see an attendee but cannot message them. Why?
A connection request must be sent and accepted before messaging opens. Tap Send Request on their profile first.
Q: Why is the "Near Me" filter not showing anyone?
GPS-based proximity requires location permission to be granted on the attendee's device. Also ensure this is an in-person event — virtual events do not use GPS proximity.
Q: Can attendees message exhibitors directly?
Attendees can drop a VCard at an exhibitor booth (if enabled by the organiser), but direct messaging to exhibitors requires a connection request like any other attendee.
