Some events let you reserve session seats from a simple web page, without installing the app or logging in to the attendee portal. You confirm your email address with a code, and then you see every session you can attend and RSVP in one click. This article explains the page and what each message means.

The sessions page opens. You stay verified for this browser tab. Closing the tab logs you out, and you ask for a new code next time.
Wait for the timer under the code box, then click Resend Code. You see "Verification code sent successfully". If you typed the wrong address, click Use a different email to start again.
The Sessions page lists everything you can attend, in two groups: General Sessions, which are open to everyone, and Available to You, the sessions your ticket or group unlocks. Each card shows the time, title, track, speakers, date, location and tags. Click a card to open the details, including Add To Calendar.

Use the Event Timezone switch in the header to see times in the event's timezone instead of your own. If the event runs in several languages, pick yours from the globe menu. The sun and moon icon switches between light and dark mode.
If you see "No sessions available for you yet.", the organiser hasn't opened any sessions to you. Check back later.
When the session is full, you may be added to the waitlist instead: "We've added you in the waitlist at the moment. Please check back later for status update." The button then reads Waitlisted. If a seat frees up, your RSVP is confirmed and you can check the page again.
If the button shows Confirmed or Waitlisted and can't be clicked, your organiser doesn't allow cancellations for this session. Contact them to change your booking.
Some sessions in the list need a ticket. Instead of RSVP, the card shows Buy Session or Buy Ticket. Click it to open the purchase page in a new tab. When you have paid, come back and reload the page to RSVP. See How Attendees Can Buy a Single Session.
Do I need the app or a password to use the RSVP page?
No. You only need the email address you registered with and the code the page sends you.
I RSVP'd on this page. Will the session show in the app?
Yes. RSVPs made here are the same as RSVPs made in the app or portal, so the session appears in My Agenda everywhere.
Why does the page ask for my email again?
Your verification lasts for the browser tab. Closing the tab, or waiting a long time, signs you out. Enter your email and the new code to continue.
Why do I see fewer sessions than in the app?
The page only lists sessions your organiser opened for RSVP. Sessions you have no access to, and sessions that don't take RSVPs, aren't shown.
Don't see this? Your organiser decides which features are switched on for your event and who can use them. See Why Attendees Can't See a Feature in the Event Portal.
