You submit abstracts through the event's abstract portal, which has its own login. Your work is saved as a draft while you fill in the form, and some calls let you send more than one submission.

The details page shows the description, the Submission Deadline and the organiser's Submission Guidelines. Read the guidelines before you start. They usually cover length, format and what files to include.

When you're logged in, your email is filled in and locked. To use a different address, click Change Email next to it. See How Abstract Authors Can Manage Their Profile, Email and Password.
Click View Guidelines on the left at any time to reread the guidelines without leaving the form.
The form saves a draft for you automatically while the page is open, and you can click Save as Draft at any time. "Last saved" shows when it was last saved.
A draft is only saved once you've filled in something other than your email. It's deleted automatically when you submit.

You'll see "Abstract submitted successfully." with a note that you'll be notified by email if you're shortlisted. Click Back to Details to return.

Some calls accept more than one submission from the same person. When that's allowed and you're logged in, a Submit Again button appears next to the call. It opens a blank form with a "New Submission" banner. The new one is saved separately and doesn't change your earlier submissions.
Can I add co-authors?
Only if the organiser's form has a field for them. There's no separate co-author section.
Can I delete a draft?
There's no option to delete a draft yourself. It's removed when you submit.
Can't find the portal or your submission? The abstract portal is set up by your event organiser. Contact them for the link or help with your account.
